Mechanical Maintenance Manager
Experience Needed: 10 to 20 years
Career Level: Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Borg AL Arab, Alexandria
Working hours: from 9 am to 5pm
Working days: 5 days
About the Job
Main Duties:
• Ensure all maintenance services operate at maximum efficiency to provide a balance between planned, corrective and emergency maintenance, in line with company quality standards and performance indicators, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the production of regular and ad hoc maintenance and incident reports.
• Ensure that working practices comply with legal and company Health & Safety standards.
• Contribute to the development and application of contingency/emergency plans.
• Manage mechanical maintenance budgets against prescribed criteria.
• Prepare and implement practices and procedures required to meet the project business plan
• Understand fully the company’s contractual obligations with the employer.
• Carry out quality auditing.
• Implement company training plans.
• Provide support for the activities of the Technical Support department in carrying out plant and process improvements and upgrades.
• Manage company employees in line with company procedures, ensuring that staff are aware of company quality, safety and training policies and customer requirements
• Prepare job descriptions for staff and make certain staffs are aware of their responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Education:
• Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Diploma or Master’s Degree in related field is a plus
Experience:
• Min. 10 years of Progressive work related experience with minimum 3 years of Management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a MUST.
• Minimum age 35, Maximum 50
• Resident in Alexandria
